• Official invitation letters will be issued only to registered participants.
• Invitation letters will be sent via email.

• Fully paid registrations may be transferred to another individual for the same conference.
• Requests must be submitted in writing to the Program Manager within 30 days of registration.
• Transfers are permitted only when the original registrant is unable to attend.
• Refunds for transferred registrations are not allowed.

• Participants are advised to apply for a visa immediately after confirming registration.
• Sciinnovate Conferences does not liaise with embassies or consulates.
• Documentation support will be provided.
• Visa rejection or delay is not covered under the cancellation policy.

• Registration fees do not include any form of insurance.
• Participants must arrange their own travel, health, and personal insurance.

• All travel and transportation arrangements are the responsibility of participants.

• Media representatives must obtain prior permission from the organizers.
• Commercial use of event content is not permitted.

Refund Policy

• Before 90 days: 50% refund (20% service charge applies).
• Before 60 days: No refund.
• Accommodation fees are non-refundable.

Conference Cancellation / Postponement

• If the event is canceled or postponed, a 100% credit will be issued.
• Credit can be used for any Sciinnovate Conference within one year.
